Satisfation or money-back guarantee

If for any reason the customer is not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, CatiniPipe will replace the products with others of the same value or refund his money. To make use of the Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee you only need to follow the instructions indicated, send us an e-mail catinipipe@gmail.com within 10 days from receipt of the order, and explain the reason why you want to return the product.
You should also indicate if you would rather have the product replaced with another of the same value or have the money refunded.
Return the product with the original packaging, accurately sealed to:

Within 7 days from receipt of the products returned, CatiniPipe will send the addressee the new products as a replacement, or, alternatively, the money will be refunded by means of not-negotiable bank transfer.
